NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING 2010
Members are kindly invited to attend the Annual General Meeting (AGM) to be held on Sunday 28th March 2010 at 14.00 hrs at the seat of the association, Hua Lien Club House, Trianon.
AGENDA:

Approval of minutes of proceedings of the last AGM.

President’s report.
-
Treasurer’s report.
-
Approval of Capital Expenditure 2010.
-
Election of 6 members to sit on the Executive Committee for 2 years 2010/ 2011.

If the quorum is not met on the 28th of March 2010, the AGM will be postponed to the 11th of April 2010, same place, same time.
Compliant members willing to serve on the Executive Committee 2010 are kindly invited to submit their application in writing to the Secretary at latest by the Wednesday 17th of March 2010. The deadline to withdraw candidate’s application is Saturday 20th of March 2010.
The final list of candidates will be posted at the club house as from Tuesday 21th of March.

The fee will be Rs50. per court per hour ( Rs100. per court per hour with floodlights).
